Baby Moore is 17 weeks old.... in utero of course!

So finally you all (meaning probably the one person who reads this) can get to hear from the momma of this expected little one. Dave has been in charge of this site (why there are a lot of ridiculous baby names... please don't encourage him). I have been feeling pretty under the weather the past three months and am just finally turning the corner. As you could see from the prior post, despite my lack of gaining weight and being sick, there is a growing belly :)!

We had a Dr. Appointment today and the Dr. said it sounds like a healthy little baby in there. I never thought a whoosh whoosh noise of a belly doppler could ever make you feel so good. Dave has been a model future dad (despite those name choices), always coming to the Dr. with me, enjoying all the extra chores he has been helping do, taking me to IHOP whenever I want crazy pancakes, and enduring my sudden mid conversation runs to the bathroom cause dinner isn't sitting so well its actually coming back up. Its gotta be pretty hard to have a pregnant wife, I sure as heck wouldn't want one!!!

We are almost to the halfway point and it is truly flying by. August 21st is the big due date. We are only 3 1/2 weeks away from the "Big Ultrasound", but must warn that we are not gonna find out the sex of the baby. We are looking forward to finding that out on the big day. We will be sure to post lots of picture and video from that exciting day, you might even see something we don't, or be able to make your guesses on what we are having. I've already had two people at work tell me that they can tell by the way I'm carrying it that its a girl... funny cause most people when I'm in scrubs have no idea i'm pregnant!

We will continue to post pictures and updates often. We can't wait to share all the events to come, feeling the baby move, pictures, my growing belly and of course the delivery and after. Thanks everyone for all the thoughts and we can't wait for you all to meet our little one! Its only a few months away!!!!!!
